Just wanted to share with you the latest update on “Big Mike-a man on his “weigh”!  Well, he’s had his name changed to “Not as big Mike” but, he’s still on his weigh!  Since last week he’s lost four and a half inches off of his chest and another two inches from his waist!  And as good as that is, Mike shared that now he’s able to put his socks and shoes on with greater ease and that his feet and knees aren’t hurting as badly by the end of the day and his energy level continues to increase!  What a privilege it is to be a part of his transformation!  It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words so I’ll just let them speak for themselves ‘cause that’ll save me from doing a lot of typing!!  Have a safe and happy holiday and as always…Life’s best!
