Growing up, Dr. Robert Bartosh enjoyed good health until he began experiencing severe headaches and low back pain a few months after literally being run over by an auto in a most bizarre accident. Dr Bartosh related that after a high school track meet, he and a few friends stopped for a soda at a small restaurant and while sitting sideways in a booth with his back against a large window, an out-of-control auto ran up over the sidewalk, crashing through the front of the building, and ran up up over the booth pinning the young Bartosh beneath it. Over an hour was spent freeing him from beneath the vehicle and later at the emergency room he was given a clean bill of health. A few months later however, the terrible headaches and low back pain began. Repeated exams ended with the same conclusion; We can find nothing wrong and you’ll just have to live with the pain. One of his uncles suggested he see a chiropractor that had helped him. Not only did the chiropractor find the cause of the headaches and low back pain (misaligned bones in the spine causing pressure on nerves) but also encouraged Bartosh to consider becoming a chiropractor. Well, the rest is history, and Bartosh admits that what he experienced helps him appreciate what his patients are going through and is now dedicated to helping as many others as he can through chiropractic.
Dr. Robert A. Bartosh, a veteran of the Vietnam era, is a self-professed student of the human body and has been enrolled in some type of education continually for the past 30 years since receiving his doctorate degree. His credentials include having completed 18 post-graduate certifications, all having to do with the workings and treatment of the human body, the benefits of which are experienced on a daily basis by those under his care. The doctor’s education, experience, and commitment to each patient, has resulted in getting results with conditions where others have failed. His primary goal for all individuals under his care is to return them to health and while doing so educate them so they may assume responsibility to maintain what they’ve gained. Your health is your greatest gift outside of your relationship with GOD, for without health one cannot enjoy family, friends, or any of the joys that life has to offer.
“When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest itself, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless, and intelligence cannot be applied.” Herophilus (335-280 B.C.), Greek Physician
